why we do it
Wellness is the foundation of living in flow; it is a state of mind that begins within and leads to a state of being.
Ailment or misalignment arising provides the opportunity for self exploration. We hold all the answers within. Our intuition fuels our wellness knowing that we are the gatekeepers of our truth.
In life we receive nudges, gentle whispers calling us towards being our most authentic selves. We each have unique roles to play that impact the collective; for we are all connected. With that connection, every action we take in this life is a reflection of one another.

Once upon a moon, in a distant galaxy, lived a star. The star exploded and from that super nova Jerika and Diandra were born. Reuniting on Earth, these siSTARS are here to spread their light and hold space for one another, along with their community to engage in conscious conversations and explore growth.
